Circular Industrial Interior Construction
Industrialized circular interior design combines material recovery and design for disassembly, thus eliminating waste in architectural spaces. Its key principles include design for disassembly (furniture and partitions are designed to be disassembled and reused without damage), the use of industrial and bio-based materials (metals, certified or reclaimed wood, and recycled aggregates), and the reduction of environmental impact, where the lifespan of products is extended through continuous refurbishment and repair. Should we start integrating it into our designs?
