Interwoven architectures: Benedetta Tagliabue and Santiago Cirugeda

Benedetta Tagliabue (director of the EMBT studio) and Santiago Cirugeda (architect and activist) share a critical vision of the city, albeit with different approaches: Tagliabue is known for her poetic, context-sensitive, and large-scale works, while Cirugeda focuses on social architecture, self-management, and urban activism. In conjunction with the event, the new book *Weaving Architecture* will be presented. This volume is dedicated to the work of Benedetta Tagliabue’s EMBT Architects studio and offers a critical overview of more than thirty years of experience.
