Social housing in favor of the gray area

The second pillar is dedicated to social housing—that is, housing intended for the so-called “gray zone”: families, workers, and young people who do not meet the eligibility requirements for public housing but who cannot afford market-rate rents, especially in large cities. A dedicated fund is planned for this purpose, with the involvement of Invimit and the possibility of mobilizing additional resources. A social housing program is planned, intended primarily for young people, young couples, and separated parents who intend to use the property as their primary residence.
