Housing Plan 2026: Acceleration

The measures outlined in the “Piano Casa Italia” aim to reorganize the housing supply by leveraging the integration of public and social housing, the redevelopment of existing housing stock, and the testing of innovative housing solutions, such as co-housing and intergenerational housing.
